For high capacity appliances 

User guide: put the nut regulator on cylinder valve and turn it on counter clockwise to seal (special tool)

Notice: make sure that the plastic washer of nut is adjusted in right position 

Put a suitable hose on regulator and fasten it by a clamp

Make sure of any leakage, test all joints
