Our customer friendly return policy allows for a privilege of returning eligible items within 2 days from delivery date. Please inform us through one of our contact methods, in order to allow for a direct return process. Refunds will be made as credits in your account.
In order to facilitate the credit process, items should be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
Kindly return items in their original packaging including hangers, hang tags on garments, shoe boxes, dust bags, eye glass cases and gift boxes.
If the return is due to a mistake at our end, we will be glad to take care of collection and shipping to our warehouse; in all other cases you should send the item to our warehouse using any shipping company of your choice. In any case you should inform us properly and within the defined timelines for any return.
